Here a just a few photos we have took to show the work involved at Mayes Farm Barn on Melton Road in Whymondham. Here we put a 19.00m x 6.5m extension on to the old existing barn, starting with putting in all complete new drainage to old style guttering. It also incorporated flemish bond brickwork, lovely high vaulted ceilings and 3 double bedrooms, one with a en-suite, a main ‘family’ bathroom, and a large entrance room too.
On the old existing barn however, this needed a lot of attention, some needed taking down and rebuilt using old bricks, cracks had to be repaired and all brickwork repointed. We also had the job of building a beautiful double sided brick fireplace.
