OUR STORY
Started Small. Stayed Local to Norfolk
DC Building Services was founded in 2015 by Chris Dique and Sebastian Clark, aged 25 and 20. Having worked closely together before starting the business, we shared a straightforward approach: do the job properly, take pride in the finish and see things through – even when the work gets complicated.
Our first project was a barn conversion in Wymondham, with just the two of us on the tools. More than a decade later, we’ve grown into a team of 11 full-time staff, supported by trusted subcontractors and close working relationships with architects and structural engineers. That growth has come through word of mouth, recommendations and clients returning to us for their next project.

Chris and Seb still site-manage every project personally — no project leads we've never met.
FAMILY-RUN
Same family running the business since 2001, with a small team that has stayed together for years.
LOCAL TRADE NETWORK
Built up over two decades with carpenters, electricians, plumbers and roofers we trust.
CHOSEN PROJECTS
Six to eight projects a year, never more than two big jobs at once.

Seb oversees the day-to-day running of the business, while Chris leads work on site. We remain closely involved in every job, getting the details right and finding solutions when challenges arise.
We’re especially proud of the team we’ve built. Clients tell us how comfortable they feel having our team in their homes, and how much they appreciate the care we take to keep things tidy. How we look after your home matters as much as the finished work.
We also run DC Developments Norfolk Limited, renovating homes and building new ones.
